Electronic Communications Notice and Consent
Noumena Partners, Inc., for itself, its affiliates and service providers, want to let you know that, with your consent and in connection with your online application for Wallet, including without limitation all related documentation, authorizations, agreements, consents, certifications, disclosures and other information associated with the application and, if you are approved, the product, and any other products or services we or our affiliates may provide in the future (“eCommunications”), we will deliver eCommunications to you electronically, in accordance with the federal E-SIGN Act and any related state laws. If you do not wish to consent to receive eCommunications electronically, we currently do not offer another method to deposit funds for use on our platform.
Delivery of eCommunications. You understand and agree that we will deliver eCommunications to you in electronic format by posting on our website, through e-mail, SMS, and/or text. When e-mail, SMS or text are used, the eCommunications will be sent to the e-mail address or mobile/cellular device number, respectively, you have provided or last updated properly. You agree to provide us with immediate updates of changes in your e-mail address and/or mobile/cellular device number used with your application or account.
Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receiving eCommunications electronically by emailing us at support@noumena.pro; calling us at 833-313-1199; or writing us at Noumena Partners, Inc., 1900 Glades Road, Suite 500-31, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Any such withdrawal of consent will only be effective prospectively and shall not apply to prior electronic communications, transactions, or other actions.
Keeping Copies of Documents. You may print or save a copy of eCommunications by using the print functionality on your device or by saving a copy in PDF format. We suggest you print and/or save documents for your records as you first review them.
System Requirements. To access and retain eCommunications, you must have the following hardware and software:

A widely-used, recent-generation web browser (for example, Chrome or Firefox).

A valid email address and account.

A printer and/or sufficient hard drive or other stored space to print and/or save eCommunications.
